How to Apply
The Farm and Food Leaders Internship Program is a paid internship program with curriculum that involves learning how to grow food, grow as individuals, and be part of a community. It is fun, informative, and can be a wonderful experience that interns can add to their college application or professional resume.
It is important to know that this program is a job training program that runs four days a week in July and August and full attendance is expected in the same way it would be expected in the workplace. Before you decide to apply as a Farm & Food Leader please carefully consider the following:
The program begins on Wednesday, July 5th and runs Monday through Thursday, ending on Thursday August 17th.
Logistically, participants in our youth internship program will be traveling to our incubator farm located in Dunbarton as well as working area farmers markets and farm stands within the city of Manchester.
